Description
We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist who will be responsible for managing the initial client interactions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role requires close collaboration with our legal team to convert inquiries into satisfied clients through exceptional service.
Interview process:
- Initial screening call (30 min)
- Take Home Exercise (case scenarios, client interaction strategies) + 5-10 minute recorded presentation (you’ll have 3-4 days to complete)
- Zoom interview – brief presentation about 2-3 relevant experiences you’ve had. (2:30 hours) Behavioral interview

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the client intake process from initial contact to case assignment.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to convert inquiries into engaged clients.
- Design, execute, and analyze processes to improve client onboarding experiences.
- Continuously test strategies, iterate on client interaction methods, and implement successful practices at scale.
- Analyze and optimize client intake funnels, focusing on key metrics such as response time and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in client services or legal support roles, particularly focused on intake or onboarding.
- Experience in legal environments and client management.
- Preferred experience in law firms or legal tech settings.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques necessary to independently manage client interactions.
- Nice to have: Experience in more specialized legal fields (family law, corporate law, etc.)
- Proven track record in optimizing client journeys and intake processes.
- Comfort and success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with rapid response and adaptation.
