Job Responsibilities

A legal translator is responsible for translating legal documents and other materials between two or more languages, typically English and Spanish. The translator is responsible for using their understanding of legal terminology in both the source and target languages to communicate complicated legal concepts to clients and relay responses to attorneys.

  • Perform proofreading and editing on all translated legal documents.
  • Assist clients with communicating complex ideas to attorneys.

Skills & Qualifications
