Bryan M. Kreft Law Office is a small litigation boutique headquartered in Marin County,
California, providing civil litigation services throughout California on all phases of the
litigation process. The firm’s attorneys specialize in real estate and title insurance
litigation, easement disputes, neighbor disputes, and business litigation. We are trial
lawyers and, when appropriate, try cases to verdict and through appeal.
We are seeking an mid-level Associate to join the Bryan M. Kreft Law Office. The ideal
candidate will have 5 – 9 years of experience. The candidate must have a strong
desire to continue development of trial and litigation skills and ultimately the ability and
motivation to handle cases as the lead attorney. This position is remote/WFH, unless
necessary for court appearances, site visits, mediations, and similar work-related
activities. Strong interest in real estate litigation

associate hours commitment is 1400 (billable) annually. Base comp for this position will
