The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (5+ Years Experience) to join our thriving civil and commercial trial litigation practice. Unlike roles where you are stuck in the back room doing endless document review, this position offers true case ownership. You will lead matters from inception through resolution, including regular courtroom appearances and first-chair opportunities. What You Will Do Supported by a dedicated paralegal team, you will manage a diverse and engaging caseload—including construction lawsuits, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Own the Case Lifecycle: Handle strategic planning, legal research, and pleading preparation from start to finish. Drive Discovery & Motions: Draft and argue critical motions; manage complex discovery. Advocate in Court: Actively conduct mediations, arbitrations, and bench/jury trials. Client Management: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for our valued clients. What We Are Looking For Trial-Tested Experience: 5+ years of civil/commercial litigation experience, with a proven track record in the courtroom or arbitration. Superb Advocacy: Exceptional legal writing and persuasive oral advocacy skills. Meticulous Eye: Elite attention to detail and strong strategic thinking.
