Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in governance, business planning, financial and transactional practice. In addition, they must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. We offer a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package.
