Georgia Public Defender Council Request for Qualifications – Criminal Defense Services Cordele Judicial Circuit (Dooly and/or Wilcox County) GPDC seeks a qualified law firm or group of attorneys capable of managing a high-volume indigent criminal defense caseload in the Cordele Judicial Circuit. The selected firm must demonstrate capacity to provide constitutionally effective representation consistent with Georgia law and ethical caseload standards. Scope includes felony and misdemeanor representation, court appearances, jail visits, motion practice, plea negotiations, and jury trials as required.
