Demonstrated experience and ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. · Candidate Qualifications: o Proven experience and ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. o Demonstrated ability to work effectively with School Administrators and Board members, providing strategic legal advice and fostering strong professional relationships.SENIOR ASSOCIATE· Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience; litigation preferred · Responsibilities: Must have a strong litigation background, including trial litigation experience, preparation of motions and discovery demands/responses, depositions, and court appearances.· Preferred: Public entity law experience and conduct Board meetings. · Requirements: Admitted to the New Jersey Bar. · Candidate Qualifications: o Proven experience and ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. o Superior writing skills and strong research skills. o Attention to detail with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. o Ability to work efficiently with School Administrators and Board members providing strategic legal advice. and fostering strong professional relationships.
