Our client, a global transportation and logistics organization, has engaged us to identify a Senior Corporate Counsel for their North American headquarters in Atlanta. Qualified candidates should have 4-10 years of commercial contracts expertise garnered in either an in-house legal or private practice setting. Experience with construction contracts is mandatory, and familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and/or technology transactions is highly desirable. This is a true generalist role as the hired attorney will be involved in all legal matters impacting their North American operations.
