Position Overview:The Georgia Public Defender Council (GPDC) is seeking proposals from law firms or groups of attorneys capable of managing a high volume of criminal defense cases in the metro Atlanta area. GPDC is primarily seeking assistance in Fulton County but will consider proposals for other metro circuits.The selected contractor must have the capacity to handle co-defendant cases by assigning conflict-free counsel in compliance with all applicable rules of professional conduct.
