Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Legal Case Services team. This role provides day‑to‑day oversight of Case Coordinators, ensuring operational consistency, workload balance, and high‑quality execution. Key Responsibilities · Lead, coach, and develop Case Coordinators. · Oversee daily workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. · Balance caseloads and support consultant readiness. · Serve as escalation point for workflow or scheduling challenges. · Define and track KPIs to monitor accuracy, turnaround times, and workload balance. · Use data to identify performance gaps and drive improvements. · Implement quality checks for calendaring, documentation, and deadline compliance. · Reinforce adherence to policies and confidentiality standards. · Partner with Senior Case Coordinators on training and staff development. · Communicate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams. · Translate strategy into scalable workflows and measurable results. · Support technology adoption and process optimization. · Collaborate with leadership and HR on staffing and performance management. Required Education and Experience · 5+ years managing operational teams in high‑volume, deadline‑driven legal or professional services environments. · 5+ years improving, stabilizing, and standardizing operations. · 3+ years leveraging technology and data to manage performance and KPIs. · Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, paralegal studies, or a related field (preferred, not required).
