The New Business Intake Analyst supports the Firm’s intake process by performing risk management review associated with the new business intake process and conflicts of interest reporting. The essential functions of the analyst position include the complete review and analysis of new client/matter requests, determining if compliance with new business acceptance protocols are met, completing conflict of interest searches and identifying potential conflict of interest issues, researching parent company affiliations, reviewing all information in workflow and checking for the completeness and accurateness of all information received, and answering inquiries regarding the new business process and providing any updates on requests received via the department email inbox. Essential Skills: Proficient in the following software programs: Intapp Open, Elite 3E, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Background in conflicts searching strategies and searching, new business intake review, or risk mitigation review. Education and Training Required: Bachelor’s degree, experience in conflicts of interest, new business intake or related risk management processes in a law firm environment required.
