We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Paralegal/Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. Join our team and play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional legal services to our clients.Responsibilities:Legal Support: Assist with document preparation, and case management, ensuring the Managing Partner is well-prepared for meetings, hearings, and court appearances.Calendar Management: Maintain the Managing Partner’s schedule, coordinate appointments, and manage deadlines, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and clients, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent client relations.Document Management: Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and correspondence, ensuring the efficient retrieval and storage of important documents.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including drafting emails, letters, and reports, as well as managing expenses.Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses on behalf of the Managing Partner.Qualifications:Paralegal Certification: A paralegal certification or a degree in a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of paralegal or executive assistant experience, preferably in a law firm.Proficiency: Strong proficiency in document management and legal software.Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Organizational Skills: Strong organization and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planSupportive and collaborative team environmentJoin a renowned law firm that values its employees and offers an exciting and challenging work environment.
