Our client, a national residential developer, is seeking to hire an attorney with 5+ years of experience to coordinate Florida’s regional legal services. Qualified attorneys should have experience with land acquisition, entitlement and development. Hired attorney will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (including vendor, confidentiality, and construction agreements), due diligence, closings, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues. Experience with single-family residential development is a plus but not required. Candidates coming directly from private practice, or an in-house environment will be considered.
