Trial Paralegal – Personal Injury (Trial‑Only Role) About Us We are a high‑performing personal injury trial firm focused on delivering exceptional advocacy in the courtroom. We are seeking a dedicated Trial Paralegal whose work is centered exclusively on trial preparation and trial execution. This is not a discovery or case‑management role — this is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, trial‑team position. Role Summary The Trial Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of pre‑trial preparation and live trial proceedings, including organization of exhibits, witness coordination, courtroom logistics, and real‑time trial support. Ideal candidates thrive in the courtroom environment and can stay calm, organized, and resourceful under pressure. Key Responsibilities (Trial‑Only) Pre‑Trial Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit binders, witness binders, jury books, and voir dire materials Assist with motions in limine, jury instructions, and pre‑trial statements Organize and track trial exhibits, demonstratives, medical visuals, timelines, and expert materials Coordinate witness appearance schedules, including experts and treating physicians Manage trial logistics: travel arrangements, equipment, courtroom tech, and evidence transport Prepare courtroom presentation materials (PowerPoints, demonstratives, digital exhibits) During Trial Manage exhibit presentation using courtroom technology Assist attorneys with real‑time document retrieval, notes, and witness support Maintain exhibit logs, witness order, and trial day checklists Coordinate with court staff, opposing counsel, and witnesses Handle jury materials, bench copies, and mid‑trial filings Ensure the courtroom is set up and reset daily Qualifications Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of trial experience in personal injury litigation preferred Strong familiarity with courtroom procedure, exhibit handling, and trial presentation software Ability to travel for trials (anywhere from a few days to several weeks) Superb organizational, communication, and multi‑tasking skills Tech‑savvy and comfortable with audiovisual equipment and courtroom presentation tools Calm under pressure, adaptable, and ready for long trial days when required Why Join Our Trial Team Competitive salary + trial‑related bonuses Full benefits package (health, retirement, PTO) Work with an elite trial team on impactful personal injury cases Growth opportunities for those interested in advanced trial strategy roles High‑energy environment for professionals who love the courtroom Relocation Reimbursement for the right candidate
