Role Overview: As a commercial real estate associate, you will work closely with experienced attorneys, on a variety of commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on office and retail leasing representing both landlords and tenant, sales and acquisitions and commercial finance. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents. Collaborate with attorneys and clients to provide effective legal solutions. Assist in due diligence processes and client communications. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in the State of New York 3+ years of experience in real estate law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
