Cole Schotz P.C.EDISCOVERY ANALYST – ALL OFFICES: Prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks an eDiscovery Analyst to develop and carry out workflows and solutions to support the goals, strategy and requirements of the eDiscovery Services department while balancing cost, quality and risk. RESPONSIBILITIES Processing electronically stored information (“ESI”) according to industry best practices through Relativity processing and ensuring quality control at each step. Coordinating productions of ESI. Coordinating archives of Relativity workspaces. Coordinating collaborative platforms (i.e. Citrix ShareFile). Coordinating as needed with legal process outsourcers. Coordinating preservation/capture/collection of ESI. Maintaining case notes, chain of custody and general case documentation. Conducting quality control of projects and productions before attorney or paraprofessional review and prior to production. Providing assistance to the eDiscovery Services department with other duties. Recording billable and non-billable time to appropriate billable and/or non-billable codes. Documenting all actions taken. Monitoring eDiscovery blogs and resources. Attending webinars to keep current with eDiscovery advancements. TECHNICAL SKILLS Minimum 12 months’ experience with Relativity Processing, prefer that candidate have current Relativity Processing Specialist Certification. ATTRIBUTES Strong supervisory, teamwork, organizational and project management skills. Ability to communicate well and deal effectively with all levels of Firm personnel at varying levels of technical ability. Must be able to take direction, work individually or within a team environment. Ability to effectively translate technical information about environments, tools and controls to case teams in layman’s terms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, be flexible and adaptable, relate to user problems and maintain a calm demeanor. Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks effectively. Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and see projects through to completion in a timely manner. Ability to think critically throughout the discovery process, to proactively identify challenges. We offer a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits program.
