Our client, a leading global company, is seeking to hire an Associate Corporate Counsel and work closely with the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of corporate legal experience gained with a law firm and/or in-house legal department, including experience with commercial contracts and general corporate matters. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated businesses is preferred, as is exposure to product compliance and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a broad-based corporate practice and wants to work closely with business leaders across a sophisticated global organization.
