Our client, a large provider of liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify highly qualified trial attorneys to join their in-house legal department. The hired attorneys directly represent healthcare providers/physicians and entities during litigation, at trial, and before their respective state’s Board of Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience with medical malpractice claims. Candidates coming from either the plaintiff’s or the defense side will be considered. Senior trial candidates should have first chair or second chair experience.
