Our client, a nationally recognized provider of professional liability insurance, has engaged us to identify a seasoned attorney to join its growing claims organization in a high-impact leadership role.The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience handling, managing, and/or litigating professional liability claims, with medical malpractice experience strongly preferred. This attorney will oversee a team of claims professionals, providing strategic leadership and guidance on complex matters while driving continuous improvement across the claims function.
