The firm is open to a candidate from a number of litigation practice areas, including commercial, mass tort, toxic tort, class action, environmental litigation, insurance litigation, disputes arising out of corporate transactions and business law, real estate, labor & employment, construction, and more. The firm is flexible as to the size of the incoming book, so long as there is potential to grow. Hourly rates are variable and there is a lot of flexibility to serve a variety of clients.
