Our operations span multiple jurisdictions, and we require precise, business-focused legal documentation to support global transactions. The Part-Time Remote Contract Attorney will work closely with our General Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. This is a flexible, remote position requiring approximately 3–4 hours per weekday.Responsibilities:Draft and review a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, SAAS license and confidentiality agreements.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.Identify and mitigate legal risks in contractual language.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.Provide clear, practical legal advice on contract terms.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.5+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.Strong understanding of commercial law; experience in logistics or international trade preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.Schedule & Compensation:Hours: 3–4 hours per weekday (flexible within business hours).Location: Remote (U.S.-based).Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (commensurate with experience, $120+ per hour)
