Our client, a national residential developer and homebuilder, is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to oversee legal matters for its Reno division.Qualified candidates should have experience with land acquisition, entitlements, and development. Responsibilities will also include:• Reviewing and negotiating vendor, confidentiality, construction, and other commercial agreements
• Managing due diligence and closings
• Advising on regulatory and compliance mattersSingle-family residential development experience is preferred but not required.
