Our client, a privately held, global packaging and manufacturing company, has engaged us to identify a Senior Contracts Manager for North America. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience in commercial contract management and/or in-house legal operations. Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial sales agreements is essential. The desired candidate will have a successful track record of partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership. The position is part of a leanly staffed legal team and reports directly to the company’s General Counsel. As such, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and with a sense of urgency.
