Seeking litigation associates for established, busy, boutique medical negligence defense firm in North Carolina. The firm specializes in the defense of health care systems, hospitals, physicians, mid-level providers, and administrators across North Carolina. We are seeking at least two litigation associates with varying degrees of experience in litigation. Experience in litigation is preferred, but not required. Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience. Attorneys will be exposed to the full realm of litigation experience including research and writing, discovery practice, motions practice, depositions and trial.
