The successful candidate is familiar with a fast-paced law office environment and should have a minimum of three (3) years experience in handling plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. Experience with medical or nursing home malpractice and/or employment litigation is a plus. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research.Taking and defending depositions.Preparing and responding to discovery demands.Preparing and filing pleadings.Drafting Motion papers and briefs.Assist in trial preparation.Attending court appearances to argue motions and try cases.Required Skills:Familiarity with N.J. Court Rules and Procedures, including N.J.
