The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, commercial business litigation or transactional law, possess strong research, writing and communication skills, and be in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Licenses in North Carolina, District of Columbia Maryland or West Virginia are a favorable addition. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
