Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of hands-on personal injury experience and be confident managing cases from inception through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury files from intake through settlement or trialHandle pre-litigation tasks including:Client intake and communicationMedical records and billing requestsDemand preparation and settlement negotiations supportAssist with litigation, including:Drafting pleadings, discovery, and subpoenasTrial preparation and calendaring deadlinesCoordinating with courts, experts, and opposing counselMaintain accurate and timely case documentationCommunicate professionally with clients, providers, and insurance adjustersQualifications4–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience (required)Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finishStrong knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation proceduresExperience using SmartAdvocate (required or strongly preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenPreferred:Bilingual (Spanish)Notary PublicTrial experienceBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offProfit sharingVision insurance
