Plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in Manhattan’s Financial District is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle an active caseload. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. This is a full-time, in-person position offering referral and bonus opportunities, direct partner access, meaningful responsibility, long term growth and clear path for advancement, including partnership-track potential.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery demands, and responsesConduct and defend depositions of parties and non-partiesDraft and argue motions, including discovery and summary judgment motionsAttend court conferences and appearancesAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness preparation, and strategyWork closely with partners on litigation and trial mattersQualificationsPersonal injury litigation experience requiredExperience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesAdmitted and in good standing in New YorkStrong legal writing, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary range:  $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 commensurate with experienceBonus and Referral opportunitiesPartnership-track potential based on performanceEmployer-contributed health insurancePaid Time Off, including vacation, sick, and personal days in accordance with applicable lawPaid holidaysCLE reimbursement and bar dues coverageOngoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
