The Role We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our tight-knit team. You will work side-by-side with our attorneys on plaintiff’s-side cases, managing every aspect of the case from intake through settlement or trial prep. Key Responsibilities • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters (auto, premises liability, workplace, brain injury, etc.) • Handle client communications with compassion and professionalism • Gather and organize medical records, bills, and evidence • Prepare discovery responses, demand packages, and arbitration statements • Assist with depositions, arbitrations, and trial preparation • Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court filings in NJ  • Support negotiations to maximize client recoveries Qualifications • 5+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury, preferably on the plaintiff’s side (required) • Strong knowledge of NJ and PA personal injury litigation processes • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple cases • Professional, empathetic communicator who can build trust with injured clients • Proficiency in e-filing on NJ Courts • Paralegal certification or degree preferred What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience (we reward top talent) • Health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off • A true family atmosphere where your contributions are valued and your ideas matter • Professional growth in a respected South Jersey firm with 40+ years of excellence If you are a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who wants to be part of a team that actually cares — and wins — for its clients, we’d love to meet you.
