ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY — BUSINESS & CIVIL LITIGATION
Kaminsky Law | Southampton, Pennsylvania | Full-Time

Are you a talented litigation attorney who has outgrown your current firm — but hasn’t found the right place to land? Kaminsky Law may be exactly what you have been looking for. We are a growing litigation firm with a straightforward problem: more cases than we can handle. We are bringing on an associate attorney who is ready to step into a substantive role, manage their own docket, and build their practice from day one. If you have spent years doing strong work at a large firm while watching credit and compensation flow elsewhere, we want to talk. At Kaminsky Law, attorneys are treated as professionals, not overhead. You will own your matters, develop client relationships directly, and — if you bring an existing book of business — begin earning origination credit immediately upon joining. There is no waiting period, no invisible ceiling, and no mystery about how compensation is determined.  ABOUT THE FIRM  Kaminsky Law is a litigation-focused firm based in Southampton, Pennsylvania.
