Due to continued growth, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of broad real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing matters, for our Roseland, NJ office. Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.The expected salary range for this position is $190,000 – $225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
