Our client, a boutique law firm in the Sandy Springs area, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, construction litigation, real estate litigation, fraud and tortious interference claims, as well as transactional matters across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters and will receive substantial hands-on experience, including drafting motions, attending hearings, taking depositions, and managing an active caseload. Candidates with prior litigation experience are preferred, but the firm will also consider attorneys coming from judicial clerkships, criminal defense, or prosecutorial backgrounds who are looking to build a career in commercial litigation.
