Associate Attorney

We pride ourselves in delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions in a collaborative, professional environment. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will handle substantive legal work, draft and negotiate documents, manage client matters, and collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve excellent client outcomes. We are particularly looking for someone who has 3-5 years experience in either transactional matters or estate planning.Required Qualifications:Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive Florida Bar admission (or eligible and willing to seek admission)Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience (law firm or corporate legal department) and preferably in either the transactional context or in estate planningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple mattersFamiliarity with case management and document management systemsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience (starting at $120,000)Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and professional development supportThis is an in-person position, but there is flexibility to work remotely from time to time and a laptop is provided
