Rabb, Hamill, P.A, located in Woodbridge, NJ, seeks an experienced NJ licensed Personal Injury Trial attorney.
The successful candidate will possess the following requirements;
• Have at least five years of relevant personal injury experience and trial experience;
• Be proficient in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers;
• Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Be skilled in legal research and drafting motions;
• Be able to meet with clients and answer interrogatories;
• Have experience taking and defending depositions; and be able to appear for arbitration and motion hearings.
