(NEW) SENIOR M&A LITIGATION ASSOCIATE OR COUNSEL – ELITE GLOBAL LAW FIRM (New York or Other East Coast Offices) – Our client, a premier global law firm with one of the nation’s most sophisticated disputes practices, has engaged us to identify an exceptional Senior Associate or Counsel to join its highly regarded M&A litigation team.This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value post-acquisition disputes in the market, representing leading private equity sponsors, Fortune 500 companies, and other sophisticated clients in matters that shape today’s deal landscape.Ideal candidates will have:• 5+ years of sophisticated M&A litigation experience – 8+ year to be considered as counsel
• Experience handling post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations & warranties insurance litigation
• Strong familiarity with M&A transaction documents, purchase agreements, and damages analysis
