Our client, a growing, independent healthcare company, is seeking to hire their first Corporate Counsel. The hire will serve as a trusted legal partner across contracting, vendor management, healthcare regulatory matters, and day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience including strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills, and specific experience with healthcare regulatory matters. M&A experience is helpful but not required. The position can be based in Tampa or Daytona Beach, FL (they will also consider candidates in Ocala).
