Draft Motion papers and Appellate Briefs. Must be able to maintain strict client confidentiality and possess excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy and strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Capacity to evaluate, synthesize, and effectively communicate complex legal and factual information. Work independently and in teams to complete projects. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Ability to stay organized and meet rigid deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: 2-5 years of General Litigation experience (Writing/Trials). Courtroom experience. Excellent interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, negotiation, persuasion). Excellent analytical skills (i.e., critical thinking, problem solving, decision making). Well-developed written communication skills.
