We specialize in Labor and Employment Law from the Union and Employee perspective.Responsibilities:Manage active case files from inception through resolution, with guidance from a partner when needed.Draft pleadings, motions, charges, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.Represent clients confidently in appearances before courts and administrative agencies, depositions and settlement negotiations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the New Jersey Bar (required). Admission to New York Bar (preferred).Attorneys with judicial clerkships, and those with some experience are encouraged to apply.
