Our close client, a small, extremely successful Atlanta firm with an excellent client base, seeks a corporate and transactional attorney (5-10 years of experience) at the senior associate or partner level. The hired attorney will focus on M&A and corporate transactional matters along with general business and commercial work and will serve as a primary client contact. Candidates who have managed client relationships and have some business of their own, or who are focused on building a book, are preferred. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with a real path to take on a senior partner’s practice over the next several years. Candidates may come from firms of any size, and experienced solo or small-firm practitioners looking for the support and broader practice of a larger firm are encouraged to apply.
