GATEWAY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE HUDSON TUNNEL PROJECT The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) intends to solicit proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GDC‑26‑033‑OP for the provision of Legal Services in support of the Hudson Tunnel Project. Through this solicitation, GDC intends to expand its existing pool of qualified legal service providers. GDC anticipates releasing this RFP publicly in April 2026, with proposals due in May 2026. Law firms with demonstrated experience representing public sector or governmental entities are strongly encouraged to participate.
