CourtLaw Injury Lawyers, an established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a strong background in slip-and-fall and premises liability litigation.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial preparation.We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented attorney with excellent litigation skills, sound legal judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional client representation.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, primarily involving slip-and-fall and premises liability claims.Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.Draft and argue motions, prepare legal briefs, and manage complex discovery matters.Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Maintain effective client communication and collaborate with the firm’s litigation team.Required QualificationsMinimum five (5) years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including substantial experience handling slip-and-fall and premises liability cases.Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing.Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters.Strong experience in New Jersey civil litigation, motion practice, and discovery.Experience conducting depositions and negotiating settlements.Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.Preferred QualificationsAdmission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar.Personal injury trial experience.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Position DetailsLocation: Perth Amboy, NJEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-SitePractice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury LitigationExperience: 5+ Years
